What is the high level agenda:

Day One:

• Presentation on core philosophies to build thriving staff and student culture (Culture Pyramid and Play, Trust, and Learn concept).

• Introduction to a roadmap and culture levers for building thriving culture.

• Time with school team to assess current state and determine where the group wants to focus for the remainder of the Summit.

Day Two:

• Morning Session:

  • Short presentation on ideas that have been seen around the country for building healthy staff and student culture.

  • All group brainstorm to help each school gather a variety of possibilities for their specific focus area.

• Afternoon Session:

  • Process to help each school narrow in on which ideas will work best for their team.

  • Time for each school to write a specific action plan to take back to their campus.

The Summit is highly collaborative with a blend of short presentations, large group activities, small group discussions, and 1:1 conversations.

The goal is to model a variety of ways leaders can build relationships back on campus.

Who should come:

We truly believe building thriving culture is a team sport. Therefore, we ask for at least one administrator, an activities person (leadership teacher, class advisor, ASB Director, Link advisor, or someone else focused on student culture), and a few other staff members who could have impact on building healthy relationships across campus.

We ask for teams between 3 - 6 people.

What is included in the price:

The price per person includes the 2-day Summit, a workbook for each participant, a light breakfast, buffet lunch and snacks on both days, as well as support from the Learning For Living team when leaving the experience.
